If you have Microsoft Excel 2000 or Word 2000, you can download the "Fill In" version, and just plug in your data in the appropriate fields.  Excel will calculate values for you.  If you do not have these programs, you can print out the templates in PDF form, and write in your data.  You will need the Acrobat Reader to open PDF files.  If you do not have Acrobat Reader on your computer, click here to download your free copy.

To download these files, right-click the file name and choose "save target as", then download to wherever you want it on your hard drive.
